The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a slight gourmandise, suavity as well as a beautiful, quite dense and silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and slight touches of fresh wild strawberry combined with slight hints of crunchy redcurrants as well as slight touches of liquorice, tobacco, toasted oak / vanilla and dark chocolate. Tannins are slightly firm and of medium size
