The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a visible green hue. The nose is fresh and racy with a distinct iodine, mineral note, hints of green apples, fresh cut grass and limes. The palate reveals a lot of freshness and saline minerality, elevated acidity, some chalkiness, nuances of yellow apples and pears, ripe lemons, a touch of unripe apricot, dried herbs and hay. The finish is slightly bitter with some nice freshness and salinity.
