Dame de Boüard 2024 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

Dame de Boüard 2024 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose presents a little velvety and a pretty finesse of grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, black pepper and small notes of small ripe wild fruits, associated with fine touches of maceron and fine hints of clove. The palate is fresh, mineral, it offers good definition, harmony, silkiness, energy and a stretched side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of small red berries, combined with touches of bergamot, small fleshy/juicy red fruits, a hint of crushed blueberry, as well as fine hints of graphene, nutmeg, a subtle floral/fresh touch and a hint of cardamom. The tannins are mellow, gourmand and precise.
