The palate is fruity, with freshness, minerality, a fresh structure, acidity, juiciness, suppleness, and a certain shine. We find notes of juicy and pulpy blackcurrant, fleshy strawberries, and more discreetly bright cherry, associated with touches of violet, lily, and hints of spices such as wild berries, sweet pepper, a fine touch of nutmeg, and discreet almost sappy and toasted notes. Good length.
