On the nose it is fruity, racy and offers elegance, depth, precision as well as a little minerality. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and more lightly cornflowers associated with small touches of small blue fruits as well as a subtle hint of almond and pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, elegance, delicacy, an airy side in approaching balances and in managing the richness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberry, pulpy cassis and more slightly tangy raspberry associated with a touch of crushed redcurrants, violets, pulpy / bright blue berries as well as fine hints of tonka bean and almond. The tannins are smooth and precise. Good length. A fine sapidity on the finish / persistence.
