Dalva 2017 – Vintage Port

The nose offers a fine concentration and a fine grain. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of raspberry associated with a fine touch of blueberry, a hint of cornflower as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper and tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, gourmandize as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with a touch of plum as well as discreet hints of cornflower/iris and a subtle hint of chocolate/hazelnut. Good length.
