The nose is gourmand, fresh and tangy: it expresses notes of green apple, fresh yellow lemon, fresh lime, associated with delicious touches of stone fruits (white peach, apricot), white flowers, as well as a distinguished minerality (limestone), and subtle lactic and herbaceous notes. The palate is fresh and lemony, with tangy notes of lime, lemon and grapefruit. We also find a fine herbaceous hint, gourmet and slightly sweet touches of candied lemon, brioche, a touch of toast and smoke in the background. Beautiful length, freshness and elegance.
