The color of this rosé is pale with melon reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, slightly aromatic. There are notes of juicy yellow peach, melon as well as racy minerality with a hint of garrigue. The palate is fresh with a marked acid structure and fruit. It’s delicate, understated with watery fruit notes like watermelon and melon. There are hints of citrus like blood orange as well as juicy vine peach and white grape. The finish is salivating, saline with notes of apricot blossom.
