Cuvée Entre Amis 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration as well as a gourmand fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, pulpy blackberry and more slightly crushed small red fruits associated with touches of licorice, cornflower as well as a fine hint of sweet blond tobacco, with a subtle hint of sweet spices and with a very discreet saline point (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, fine tension, precision, a discreetly tight frame, a tangy frame as well as a nice bright / juicy and precise fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, pulpy cassis and more slightly of juicy black plum associated with touches of licorice, camphor, blond tobacco, fine hints of pulpy redcurrants, camphor as well as a subtle hint of almond and cocoa. Tannins are fine, precise and smooth. Good length.
