It reveals notes of wild strawberry, small wild red berries, small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of racy minerality, a discreet hint of pepper and an imperceptible iodine hint. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a certain ampleness as well as a good balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy boysen berry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of fresh violet, small juicy red berries as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of sweet spices.
