It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small touches of wild black berries/laurel berries, hints of liquorice, discreet hints of Sichuan pepper/gray pepper, incense as well as very discreet hints of rose, a very discreet hint of chocolate and an imperceptible hint of rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, minerality, a fine acidulous frame, a small freshness, a good acidulous structure, roundness, a beautiful tension as well as a small richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of fleshy cassis, flowers, liquorice stick, laurel berries/copse as well as discreet hints of spices. Tannins are elegant and structuring. Discreet hints of toasted almond and toasted oak on the finish/persistence. An easy-drinking/gourmand wine.
