The nose is aromatic, finely powerful and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of wild berries, blackberries, wild strawberries and small notes of olive / garrigue associated with a touch of zan, spices as well as a discreet touch of pepper, black olive and an imperceptible touch of Ceylon tea / chocolate. The palate is fruity, fleshy, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a fine freshness, a good definition, suavity, a good structure, precision, a beautiful roundness as well as a beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild raspberry, wild red berries and small notes of strawberry, garrigue (olive, laurel) associated with a hint of black olive, racy minerality as well as a very discreet hint of dry local forest soil and with fine hints of sweet spices / toasted oak. Tannins are fine, slightly firm and young. Good persistence. There are slight hints of toasted almond, fleshy fruits, liquorice and an imperceptible touch of tonka bean on the persistence. (2022+)
