Croix Labrie – Cuvée Stella Solare 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is aromatic and offers a fine gourmandize as well as density and freshness. It reveals notes of ripe citrus, William pear, exotic fruits and fine touches of yellow fruits/Mirabelle skin associated with hints of juicy citrus, pineapple as well as an imperceptible honey hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, a beautiful freshness, straightness, an acid frame as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarin and more slightly vine peach associated with fine touches of exotic fruits, William pear as well as hints of yellow fruits/pineapple as well as discreet hints of acacia and an imperceptible hint of zest (in the background). Good length.
