The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavité / gourmandise, a very beautiful tension, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful touch in the mouth, suavity, fat, a very fine unctuosity, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, richness as well as a slight fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy / juicy peach and small notes of Williams pear associated with touches of quince, slight hints of quenette, pineapple as well as subtle hints of butter and a very discreet toasted hint / vanilla. Sapidity and a very discreet almost saline sensation on the finish.
