On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon zest and clementine zest associated with discreet touches of beeswax, kumquat and an imperceptible / discreet hint of wood as well as a discreet hint of caramelized oak on the aftertaste. Imperceptible tannic sensation on the aftertaste. There is a hint of acidulous fruits on the aftertaste after two caudalies.
