The nose reveals notes of cherry, cherry in kirsch and spices associated with a few notes of aromatic herbs, raspberry and violet. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh and reveals a small saline minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry, cherry and black cherry combined with a few notes of Sichuan pepper, slight spicy notes as well as slight oaky notes (in the background). Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence.
