On the nose it is elegant and offers delicacy, power (finesse) and a certain harmony. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed strawberry and more lightly cornflower associated with touches of lilac, nutmeg, cardamom as well as fine hints of vanilla, black olive, cocoa, bay leaf. rose and pepper. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a nice pulpy / fresh fruit, a certain minerality, gourmandize. The wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy cherry, raspberry and more slightly cornflower associated with touches of lilac, juicy blueberry as well as fine hints of violet, pepper, with a discreet hint of almond toasted. The tannins are precise and well-built. Good length.
