Crazy by De Mour 2021 – Bordeaux

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is gourmand, fruity and slightly tangy. It expresses aromas of bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, crushed raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and cranberries, combined with notes of white pepper, licorice, violet and fresh cornflower. The palate offers airiness, freshness and gourmandise. It expresses notes of fresh red cherry, morello cherry, crushed raspberry, fresh red currant, strawberry and blueberry, combined with notes of violet and cornflower. We also smell a touch of liquorice, but the spicy side is less pronounced than on the nose. The tannins are light, especially noticeable on the finish. Beautiful salivating acidity, the persistence on the palate is medium, slightly bitter, but fresh and fruity. A simple, easy-drinking wine.
