The nose is elegant and offers a fine richness, complexity as well as a fine and slightly grainy grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, violet and small notes of lily associated with touches of cassis, cornflower, fresh red fruits as well as very fine hints of graphite, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy and offers a beautiful juicy/acidulous fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cassis, juicy/acidulous blackberry and small notes of flowers (iris, cornflower) associated with touches of wild strawberry, hints of raspberry as well as very fine hints of tonka bean, nutmeg and discreet hints of spices. Tannins are well-built.
