It reveals notes of mandarine, dry zests, small notes of dry peach associated with small touches of caramelized apple as well as fine hints of dry lemon, lemon flowers, cedar, a discreet hint of fresh fat, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as gourmandize and suavity. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized vine peach, caramelized mandarine, small notes of dry kumquat associated with touches of juicy apple as well as small touches of cedar, rancio, caramelization, discreet hints of dry flowers, pepper, an imperceptible hint of nutmeg and grilled hazelnut. Good length. Good persistence.
