It reveals notes of dry yellow grape, dry quince, small notes of caramelized lemon associated with small touches of Tarte Tatin, caramelization as well as small hints of caramelized mandarine zests, a discreet hint of chocolate, cardamom and hazelnut. The palate is fruity, elegant, stretch and offers a fine/delicate grain, power, a small aerial side, a beautiful balance as well as power (full of control) and a dry side. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry yellow grape, caramelized peach, small notes of fresh quince associated with small touches of caramelized apple, dry zests as well as a subtle hint of Tarte Tatin, caramelization, dry violet, a hint of tobacco, pepper, camphor and vanilla. Good persistence.
