The nose offers a beautiful maturity of the fruit, a small freshness as well as a small minerality. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and slight hints of ripe strawberry combined with an imperceptible toasted touch, black olive, garrigue and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, a beautiful straightness, a beautiful tension, a beautiful fat as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, black cherry and small notes of ripe blueberry associated with an imperceptible touch of strawberry / red fruits as well as a subtle touch of black olive / garrigue, a subtle chocolate / toasted touch and hazelnut. Tannins are fine and structuring. Good length and good persistence.
