The wine has a deep ruby color, with light garnet reflections. The nose is fragrant, gourmand and offers concentration and complexity. It expresses notes of crushed blueberry, blackcurrant, crushed strawberry, red cherry, morello cherry, as well as fresh tobacco, crushed mint, violet, dried rose and wild flowers. We also find notes of sweet spices (licorice, white pepper, nutmeg) and wet leaves in the background. On the palate, the wine is silky, gourmand and complex. It expresses notes of dried red cherry, fresh morello cherry, crushed blueberry, dried strawberry, raspberry coulis and roasted red cherry, associated with notes of fresh tobacco, dried violet, dried rose and lilac (in the background), as well as notes of licorice, grated nutmeg, white pepper and damp leaves. The tannins are velvety and melted. Beautiful acidity and persistence with notes of sweet spices and dried red fruits, with a good bitterness in the background. A gourmand and complex wine.
