The nose is aromatic, gourmand, elegant, precise, harmonious and offers a very beautiful grain. Everything is in place! It reveals notes of blackberry, wild black berries, dried cassis and balsamic combined with fine touches of black olive raspberries, spices, a hint of Cuben pepper as well as very discreet toasted hints / vanilla and dried almonds. The mouth is fruity, fine, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a fine acid frame, precision, a fine tension, a fine freshness, a (very) slight unctuosity, gourmand as well as a good volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe cassis / ripe wild black berries, balsamic and raspberry associated with fine touches of chocolate, local undergrowth as well as very discreet hints of flowers / violet and of tonka bean. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length. The finish is gourmande. Beautiful and delicate persistence.
