The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and slight notes of raspberry associated with a small / discreet touch of juicy wild black berries as well as subtle touches of mushroom, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, beautifully well-balanced, silky, supple and offers a beautiful mineral frame, juiciness, a slight acidity as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry and fleshy / juicy cassis associated with slight touches of raspberry, wild strawberry as well as subtle touches of spices, mushroom and subtle / discreet hints of mocha. Tannins are well-built and slightly firm.
