The nose is fruity and offers a fine crunchiness, a fine power and elegance. It reveals notes of small berries, cherry and small notes de cassis, fresh cassis associated with fine touches of violet as well as fine hints of mild tobacco, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers juicy/finely acidulous frame, tension as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of red berries associated with a touch of cherry, strawberry as well as fine hints of cornflower/violet and fine hints of tonka bean/chocolate/liquorice. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good gourmand and persistence.
