Cordella Rosso 2021 – Toscana IGT

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers precision, a certain concentration and a savoury herbaceous hint. It expresses notes of aromatic herbs (roasted thyme, roasted rosemary), a touch of nutmeg and gray pepper, combined with ripe and tangy fruits of strawberry, dried raspberry, fresh red cherry, roasted red cherry , as well as a hint of coffee, sweet tobacco and chocolate prunes in the background. The palate is airy, juicy, with melted and delicate tannins. It expresses the flavors of crushed strawberry, roasted cherry, crushed raspberry, chocolate prunes in the background, roasted thyme and rosemary, as well as a touch of dried cherry and coffee in the background. The finish is quite persistent, with a delicate saline minerality and a salivating acidity. Beautiful freshness and gourmandise.
