The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and balanced, it offers a tangy frame, precision, tension, fine crispness, gourmandise and a light floral side in the background. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy mandarin, juicy/ripe grapefruit, associated with touches of tangy/juicy green apple, as well as fine floral hints, discreet yuzu and verbena. Good length. Tangy, crisp and sapid persistence.
