The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of passion fruits, quenette and slight floral notes associated with slight touches of lemon paste as well as a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight minerality, a bit of residual sugar as well as a slight unctuosity. The attack is slightly “perlante” (discreet sparkling sensation). On the palate this wine expresses notes of passion fruits, quenette and subtle touches of flowers associated with a discreet hint of crystallized lemon as well as an imperceptible touch of crystallized mandarine and apple. Good length.
