The nose expresses aromas of vanilla, brioche, candied lemon, associated with lactic touches of butter, yogurt, as well as aromatic herbs and white flowers, orange blossom and bitter orange. The palate is gourmand, savoury and expresses notes of brioche, yogurt, candied lemon and white flowers, complemented by the roundness of crunchy stone fruits and a delicate bitterness of bitter orange on the finish. The wine seems a little less tangy than the others, but still just as fresh and refined. Gourmandise, fruitiness and elegance.
