The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize as well as a fresh/very slightly acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of juicy raspberry associated with small touches of juicy/fresh plum as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean, nutmeg and sens of the place. Good persistence.
