On the nose, fresh, fruity and offers crispness with a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of crunchy/fresh apple, quenette and hints of fresh lychee associated with touches of fresh pear as well as discreet hints of pear blossom and a subtle touch of yuzu. On the palate, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced, discreetly tight and offers an acidic frame, a certain roundness, a little fat, a good definition, a fine crunch. The wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh pear, crisp/juicy apple and hints of quenette associated with touches of yuzu, mesocarp, lemon as well as fine points of crushed white berries and a discreet layering of starfruit. A very fine hint of toasted almond and a discreet tannic/chewy sensation on the persistence/end of the mouth.
