The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity with purple reflections. The nose is a bit reserved, of medium intensity. It reveals ripe and slightly sweet aromas of Morello cherry, cherry juice, wild strawberry, blue plum, fig with a very slight note of liquorice and dried bouquet garni (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf). On the palate, the attack is very fruity and open, with pronounced flavors of red cherry, cherry jam, crushed strawberry, red plum. In the middle of the mouth and on the finish, the wine is tight, with herbaceous notes of stems and tannins, rather dry, a bit harsh. The finish is fruity, on notes of red cherry, moderately long. The acidity is fresh and well-integrated.
