The nose is gourmand. It reveals notes of dry fruits, Zante currant and a discreet hint of date, dried peach associated with a subtle hint of dried lemon as well as discreet hints of vanilla and a subtle hint of coffee cream. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, unctuosity, a beautiful fat, precision, straightness as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this Rum expresses touches of caramel, date, dried lemon and a subtle hint of caramel, molasses, coffee cream associated with a grilled hint (in the background). Good length and persistence. The aftertaste is relativelty powerful.
