The wine benefits from decanting. The nose is textured, precise and offers a fine grain and a gastronomic side. It reveals notes of fresh kumquat, small crushed fruits and small notes of fleshy/juicy brugnon, associated with fine hints of citrus, Amalfi lemon, peach blossom, as well as a subtle hint of dried almond and an imperceptible hint of orange blossom. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh and offers good definition, lovely structure and textured on the palate, gourmandise and accuracy. It also presents a tangy frame, a coating/enveloping side, a certain chewiness and a lovely sapidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy vine peach, juicy quince and small notes of small fleshy/juicy fruits, combined with fine touches of fresh pineapple, as well as fine floral hints, acacia, peach blossom, verbena, small bright fruits and a subtle hint of almost almond. A subtle tannic hint in the structure on the finish bringing a gastronomic side, holding and gourmandise. We also perceive a hint of good bitterness on the finish/persistence. Good persistence.
