The nose is aromatic, racy and offers intensity as well as concentration. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, wild berries and grove associated with small notes of small black fruits / cherries, garrigue / flowers, black pepper as well as discreet touches of sweet spices (vanilla …), discreet toasted touches and an imperceptible hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful juiciness, suavity, gourmandise, a fine straightness, a very fine unctuosity, a beautiful definition as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy wild strawberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of cherry, wild red berries associated with fine touches of garrigue, black olive, sweet spices, chocolate, licorice as well as discreet hints of flowers (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of dry local forest soil. Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence.
