Coldibetto E-Trusco 2021 – Trasimeno DOC Trasimeno Gamay

The nose is aromatic, tangy and very fresh: it expresses notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, red cherry, blueberry, as well as a fine minty hint, a touch of cocoa and a savoury spiciness (liquorice, crushed coriander seeds). The palate is sapid, gourmand, with less acidic notes than the nose. It expresses the flavors of liquorice, cocoa and dried mint in the attack, complemented by notes of crushed strawberry, juicy morello cherry, raspberry coulis, as well as crushed coriander seeds. The finish offers suppleness and gourmandise, with a pleasant acidity and medium persistence, on cocoa and dried red fruits.
