The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is gourmand, fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of fleshy apricot and yellow peach, golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and honey, fresh and candied lemon peel, juicy yellow plum, as well as a touch of mint syrup and a hint of mineral (limestone). The palate offers roundness and sweetness (16 gr/l of sugar), balanced by a nice acidity. It expresses notes of juicy apricot, ripe yellow peach, yellow plum, golden apple, acacia and honey. Good length, the finish is fruity and sapid, the mousse is fine and delicate. Balanced sweetness and gourmandise.
