The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic, gourmand, with a fragrant floral bouquet and lots of fruit. It expresses notes of ripe and crunchy stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot, yellow plum), lemon peel, green apple, juicy green pear, acacia, apricot tree flowers, as well as a touch of honey and a hint of minerality in the background. On the palate, the wine offers roundness, balanced by acidity and liveliness. The flavors are sweet, but fresh: we find notes of green apple and golden apple, lemon, acacia flowers, honey and orange zest. Good length, fine bubbles and a touch of bitterness on the finish. A delicious and accessible Prosecco.
