The nose is elegant, complex and very aromatic. It reveals notes of flowers honey, pear in syrup and slight notes of peach associated with fine notes of dried fruits, dried citrus, wheat, dried citrus zest as well as fine notes spices and dried flowers. The palate is fruity, mineral, complex, elegant and offers a nice acidity (brings balance). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied fruit (lemon, pineapple) and pear in syrup associated with a few fine notes of honey, tangerine paste, almond and a slight note of grape. Good length and persistence (including notes of honey).
