The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and blueberry combined with fine touches of wild strawberry as well as hints of Cuben pepper, nutmeg, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of “sens of the place”. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers deepness, gourmandise, a juicy frame, a fine minerality as well as a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with a touch of blueberry, violet as well as slight hints of sweet blond tobacco, nutmeg and toasted / chocolate.
