The nose is tasty, with roasted fruits (roasted red cherry, roasted raspberry), fresh morello cherry, crushed blueberry and blackberry. There are also gourmet notes of morello cherry in chocolate, a hint of cocoa, blueberry jam, as well as liquorice, cardamom and vanilla in the background, combined with a hint of roasted rosemary, toasted hazelnut, a pleasant touch of crushed mint and fresh tobacco after aeration. The palate is juicy, fruity, gourmet, it expresses the fruity notes of roasted red cherry, fresh morello cherry, crushed blueberry and blackberry, with a nice acidity and a hint of bitterness of bird cherry, combined with gourmet sweet spices (nutmeg, liquorice, cardamom), a hint of dried mint and blackcurrant leaf in the background, as well as a touch of toasted almond. The tannins are tight, grippy, even a little drying. The finish is persistent and salivating, slightly bitter, but pleasant. A powerful and structured wine.
