(Blend of “Eaux-de-vie” reached their maximum aging in barrels) A very elegant Cognac, fruity and complex. The nose is fine and reveals fruity, candied orange, oak and spice. The palate is complex, balanced and delicate. It expresses candied orange notes, citrus (including clementine), dried fruits, flowers, licorice and spices (vanilla, pepper particular). There are also a few small caramelized notes. The finish is long and fruity.
