(100% Pinot Noir) The nose is a bit discreet, slightly gourmand and offers a small candy side. It reveals notes of peach and raspberry combined with a few notes of candy. The palate is fruity, mineral, nicely gourmand and an acid frame. It offers a fine and abundant effervescence. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of clementine, lemon zest and lemon combined with notes of yellow peach (in the background) and red fruit.
