Cocchi Rösa Brut 2017 – Alta Langa Rosato

The nose is gourmand, subtle and very floral. It expresses notes of peony, rosehip, rose in jam, combined with touches of raspberry coulis, dried raspberry, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, red apple, and cranberries. On the palate, we also find notes of cranberries with a slight bitterness on the finish, delicious touches of wild strawberry, raspberry, red apple and pink grapefruit, as well as a herbaceous, spicy touch and toasted brioche. The finish is persistent, with a delicate sweetness, roundness and lots of deliciousness, balanced by a good bitterness.
