The nose is complex, evolved, but pleasant and balanced. It expresses notes of dried lemon zest, fresh orange, linden, chamomile, a light touch of toast, brioche and yogurt, combined with a fine bitterness of lime and grapefruit, a delicacy of fresh brioche, notes of dried herbs, dried flowers (field flowers, acacia), as well as a mineral (chalky) and spicy (vanilla, nutmeg) hint in the background. The palate is mineral and chiselled (limestone, wet stone), complemented by notes of dried flowers, dried citrus peels, fresh lemon zest, lemon juice, toasted bread and nutmeg. A refined wine, but a bit restrained, even too young. Good length with a slight bitterness and a marked, but integrated acidity.
