The nose is aromatic, gourmand, a bit sweet. It expresses notes of candied orange and lemon peel, fresh lemon and orange, a chalky minerality, a touch of toast and brioche, a hint of honey in the background, as well as scents of dried and fresh flowers (acacia, apple blossom, wild flowers). On the palate, the attack is open and gourmand, with flavors of candied citrus peel and ripe peach, which are then complemented by an aniseed, minty and mineral touch. Beautiful acidity, an elegant bitterness of grapefruit and lime on the finish and good persistence. A refined wine, youthful, with lots of energy and elegance.
