The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers minerality, a good definition, juiciness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy quince and small notes of zests associated with small mineral touches, crunchy peach as well as a very discreet hint of grapefruit’s mesocarp and very discreet hints of white flowers. Good length.
