The nose is very fresh, relatively fruity and finely fleshy. It reveals notes of fresh quince and mirabelle plum associated with touches of apple, Williams pear as well as a subtle hint of quenette and a very discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely gourmande and offers a good definition, a fine fat, a fine straightness as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh apple, a small note of fresh brugnon and touches of quince associated with a subtle touch of fresh / crunchy mirabelle plum, saline / iodine minerality, almond as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax and an imperceptible hint of white flowers. Good length.
