On the nose it offers some power, a little intensity as well as a finely tight grains. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, crunchy small black fruits and slightly pepper associated with small touches of lily as well as a hint of small crunchy small red currants and tobacco. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a little freshness, a fine unctuosity, a little stretched side as well as a little fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, crunchy raspberry and more slightly lily / iris associated with a touch of small fresh / crunchy red currants as well as hints of licorice, a subtle hint of chocolate and with a discreet hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are precise and finely mellow.
